The best part about having a Skate party is, It's Fun! Just look at the smiles on these little faces.

Skating is an active activity that brings friends and family together. Relive your glory days with the sounds of disco music and hip tunes. Skate parties are easy to plan, most venues offer services such as party planning, set up and clean up services.

If done right, skate parties can be so much fun. I learned this when I gave my daughter Makayla her first Skate Party for her 8th Birthday.

Things I wish I knew, Before Having a Birthday Skate Party

I wish I had designed or purchased matching skate party shirts for friends and family. How fun it would have been to have everyone in our group wearing matching t-shirts. It can be hard to spot all the guest while on the skating rink floor.

After Makayla's skate party I decided to create custom skate party shirts. How nice one of these custom options would have been for our party.

Hair Feathers

I did make a good choice by providing the birthday party guest with glow Necklaces and Neon Hair Feathers. The glowing necklaces and neon hair feathers were a party favorite.

Birthday Cake

Well as much as I love a Costco Buttercream Cake. Maybe I could have made a better choice... I wish would have taken the time to look around back then. Luckily today you can find so many amazing Skate Party Birthday Cakes, Pastries, Cookies, and Lollipops on sites such as ETSY, and Pinterest.
